My mom used to turn on sesame street for me when I was a baby. I actually remember being bored by it and falling asleep.
Same thing when I was a toddler. I didn't like Sesame street. The Count was the only character I liked but other than that had no interest in it.
Watched shows like The Smurfs. It was okay. I didn't really feel all that enthused.
I gave up on movies after realizing I barely remember the movie after it's over and felt like I had wasted hours on something I can't remember.
I used to watch the same movie over and over again sometimes and still very little details remembered.

Anyone else like this?

Sesame Street is not cartoons.

I didn't watch TV as a two year old because I had nothing in common with it. It was just talking on a screen and that was boring. Only thing I watched on TV was two Disney Sing Along videos I had. Then as I got older I only watched certain things I had on tape mom introduced me to. TV didn't come natural to me so it had to be shoved in my face to get me interested. I had brothers so they watched TV so I was introduced to the shows they watched. Mom showed me PBS and I was introduced to sesame Street and Mister Rogers and Shining Time station and Reading Rainbow. I never cared for those two shows except Mister Rogers and Shining Time Station. I didn't even start watching Nick until I was nine. Plus mom would take us to the video store and rent us movies and that was how I get introduced to movies. I picked out my own too. But I usually rented the same movies I was familiar with.

Yup, TV is usually boring. I watch TV maybe for an hour every few weeks, only when I get really bored.

I was not like this. I used to love cartoons, especially the pink panther as a child.

These days, I rarely watch TV. I spend most of my time in front of my computer.

I didn't really like the bits with the puppets in Sesame Street. The only puppet I really liked was Oscar. I liked the random animated bits that had noting to do with the characters but I hated the puppets.

I perfered cartoons that had something to do with my obsessions. My first obsession was Tiny Toons. I wonder why I never watched Sonic SatAM as a kid. I would have loved that. I was never really as into Sonic as a kid as I am today. Sonic SatAM actualy kinda frustrates me as an adult so I wonder if I really would have actualy enjoyed it. I remember growing up watching certian cartoons such as Care Bears and My Little Pony. I actualy secretly hated My Little Pony becuase it was the epitome of girliness and I had a severe hatred for human characters and I hated it when animal characters sided with them. Sonic SatAM would have appealed to me because they are against Robotnick/Eggman. It frustrates me becuase they never do anything about him. I always wanted to see Megan from My Little Pony get bucked and trampled. Lion King became my most epic obsession and people were always asking me why I liked it so much. I would tell them because there were no people in it. Which was true. I think Kung Fu Panda would be my obsession if I was a kid today. But anyway, yes, I liked cartoons but I perfered cartoons about animals with no human characters. If there were human characters, they had to be the villian.

I dont recall watching as a small child, but as I got older, I had an obsession with cartoons, such as Inspector Gadget, Dangermouse, Penelope Pitstop and Top Cat. I used to watch them all the time, oh and Looneytunes.

I didn't get the point of looking at the screen of a TV until some time shortly before school age, cartoons or not.

I saw my mom and other people watch TV, but the moving pictures and the accompanying sounds didn't process well with me. The TV was green, blue, noisy and made me dizzy. No fun at all.
