I just found this indie movie on netflix about a guy with AS. Has anybody seen it? Is it a good movie?

Was dating a girl last year, she watched the trailer for the movie and her eyes got wide, and was like "#&*($)@& they made a movie about you".

I don't know.

I saw it twice and my husband thought they told a story about our relationship in reverse. Hey the girl's name was also Beth but at least his name wasn't Michael.

They stereotyped it a little and had it be exaggerated but that's Hollywood.

whenever i really want to watch a movie i just go to alluc.org or surfthechannel.com
just be weary that sometimes movies on these websites have bad audio syncing/audio is out of order with the video.
when you find the movie you want, you'll receive a list of links you can go to. megavideo is the best quality.

adam actually is not on there.

I'd rather pay for it and enjoy it in good quality.

I have seen. Except AS, the story is "typical American" :P
And his type of AS was quite mental-clumsy. I could find many his features in me, it was funny, but I am more agressive.

"Hahaha! Fooled you! Dumb Adam, dumb dumb ..."
Another movie I like is Birdy and it was released in the year George Orwell made a book about.
It is not the animation that released in 2006.1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984 1984

^ That totally freaked me out for a second. I have this weird habit of highlighting when I read things and all of the sudden I noticed a bunch of random numbers that came out of nowhere. Was slightly trippy.

I've seen Adam, and was actually just looking it up on ebay earlier today for purchase. I really like it. There are a few threads on here about it if you search.

Got it off DVD Pacific really cheap (worked out to 12 bucks Aussie dollars) because I don't see it getting a Australian DVD release anytime soon and if it is it will be overpriced.

I saw it, and really liked it. Watched it with my S.O, and it brought tears to his eyes.

yes, I saw it in a theatre in Portland. Adam was pretty isolated in his life before the movie and it opens when his dad dies and he has to deal with life on his own. Somewhere in his self discovery he thinks that love and a relationship is what will 'save' him, and in that way he islike so many in the Love and Dating thread here on WP. He finds his own way, and really, don't we all?

I've been meaning to order it via OnDemand, but I've been putting it off. Gonna see if it's still available this weekend, I think.

That's my favourite scene, I really felt for him. I'm used to people tricking me because they know I'm naive so that scene really spoke to me (only I don't start going crackers when I find out I've been lied to of course.)

Anyway I hated that scene where he talks about that theatre to Beth's dad, they went really over board with that scene and the film almost stepped the border onto rainman territory. Thank god Beth stopped him just in time.
