Chatroom rules

Due to some recent confusion here are some rules regarding the chatroom:

1.Always be respectful torwards others. Examples of disrespect include but are not limited to: Personal attacks/insults, statements denouncing race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, marital status, diagnosis,or disability.(this includes attacks on NTs), making false rumours/accusations, trolling, harassment(inlcuding sexual), stalking, threats, and abuse.

2. All mature discussion should be kept to a minmium. In other words PG-13. We sometimes have young teenagers in here that may not understand or may even get offended. If a mature discussion gets too out of hand action will be taken.

3.No channel flooding, this is extremely disruptive to the chat anyone caught flooding will be immediately removed without explanation.

4. No spamming, advertising, or soliciting this is a support channel not a business opportunity.

5. No posting anything illegal including serial numbers of software.

6. All IRC bots must be approved by chan ops.

7. Ban Evasion: Anyone caught evading a ban will be removed and banned again immediately.

8. Do NOT argue with a chan op's decision this will only make matters worse. If you disagree with a chan op's decision take it up with another chan op.

9. Be mindful of the fact that this an open chat room whether you're someone diagnosed with AS, someone not officially diagnosed, An NT parent, or an AS parent , AS kids and teens, family members, friends, relatives, and significant others. Please be aware that other people have different viewpoints and even though you may disagree please be respectful as discussed in rule 1. Their opinion is just as valid as yours.

10. Please keep in mind any threats to harm yourself or others will be taken seriousily. If you are suicidal we won't take immediate action and will try to help. However you must keep in mind this is not a crisis line as we are not professionals. If we feel you are in danger of hurting yourself or others the proper autbrites will be contacted. Also any statements of being abused will also be taken seriousily as well.

11. No cloning other people's nicks

Depending on the severity and circumstances the following actions may be taken:

1st offense:verbal warning or silenced in the channel.
2nd Offense: Kick
3rd Offense kick and Temporary ban
4th Offense: Permanent Ban

Please Note: if someone brand new comes in the chat and immediate starts trolling or disrupting they will be immediately removed without warning.

What if a chan op breaks the rules? I have seen rule 1 broken by an op, rule 2 let slide every time, and rule 10 utterly ignored. Also, isn't rule 8 a little stupid? If you have a problem, go behind their backs?

Also, you forgot alex's clone perle, and the fact that alexplank and alexzero are not the same.

You might want to spell out what "trolling" means with examples too.
