I swear to god I'm going to have a seizure if I have to see that obnoxious ad anymore...surely the ad agency can come up with something that doesn't cause more conditions than the one they're pushing treatment for...if I could reach inside my monitor, I'd squash that little b@strd.

Download Firefox and install the "Adblock" extension,or another browser and an equivalent extension. Your internet life will never be the same again.

I think somebody did.

I'm knocking on wood here, but I've got AT&T football ads now.

A little too effective. That blocks even access to Yahoo mail. And it didn't get rid of the kid.

Now we have another one spitting pills.

Well, at least its a good way to get people to stop spending so much time on Wrongplanet.

No bouncing kid here, I have Ad blocker 0.67 and Flashblock 1.5.14.2.
Might have to do with me being in the Netherlands. But most stuff gets blocked pretty neatly.

I use Firefox with Adblock and have no problems accessing Yahoo mail or any other site. I was on WP for a year before I found out there were any adverts on here - and that was only because someone else was moaning about some of them.

I run Firefox with add blocker at work. I had to... some of the weight loss adds worried me. I was concerned that someone would see all that skin and think I was surfing porn at work.

I don't run an add blocker at home, because I know the adds help WP. The bouncing boy and girl spitting out pills are driving my up a wall though. I've been seriously considering an add blocker at home too.

I have just taped a strip of folded paper onto my monitor to cover that first 2.75" (69.85 mm) ...

This, and I don't have anything that blocks ads. We must get different ones. I keep getting one for Lloyds TSB, which I usually ignore completely, but looked at properly for the first time just now.

I clicked on the ad and it stopped, when from a child impailed on a pogo stick to a text ad! When I started this reply the little goomer came back, maybe it's like a game of whack-a-gopher. If we click the ad enough, maybe Alex can afford some faster servers!

And I wish they would get rid of the pill spitter, too.
