I'm looking to be able to list more Websites outside the U.S. and also that are for non-English speakers in the resources of my Website. So far, in the regular Website listings, I have a couple of Australian sites, a Scottish site, and a Canadian one, all in English, as well as a Swedish site that currently seems to be down, unfortunately. In the forums listings, I have one in English but from India, but that's all. I've also achieved a little bit of multicultural appeal in my blog and Twitter account listings. Does anyone living in other countries want to suggest any sites you know are good autism / Asperger's resources? Does anyone want to recommend any in languages other than English? I'm looking for sites that have good information and a positive outlook. I want to avoid the "cure the terrible epidemic autism disease" type attitude. Even people in English speaking countries might be from elsewhere or grow up in families with strong ties to other places, so they may enjoy something that speaks to them in something other than English. I've tried an internet search and discovered how hard these other sites are to find. Are they out there? If so, can anyone point me towards them? Thanks for any help you can give!

Well, if you have any use for an Aspeger site in Finnish, here it is

http://www.asperger.fi

Within the site, especially these two subtitles, Aspergerin syndrooma and Oppimisvaikeudet (Learning difficulties) contain detailed information. Both seem to have a popup menu which guides the visitor forward.

Then there's this Asperger forums site

http://www.aspalsta.net

whose name aspalsta is short for "Asperger Column." It is obviously an attempt to create forums in the spirit of Wrong Planet. Similar topics are being discussed, and it seems to be active. New members are joining on a daily basis, including myself. Actually, I only joined the day before yesterday. Funny coincidence that I'm telling about it here.

More Dutch sites:

Nederlandse Vereniging voor autisme - Provides information and lobbies for better services for people with ASD and their families and partners. Diagnosed members can get an 'autipas', a creditcard sized information card about autism that can be used to show others if the autistic person has a shutdown/meltdown in public. Organizes courses about autism and meetups.

Vereniging PAS - Provides information and organizes meetups and other activities for adults with HFA.

http://www.pasnederland.nl/

Autisme en ik - Organizes a regular autismcafé and other meetings. Features stories of how people are living with autism.

Site of Czech organization APLA, with services for children and adults of all ages: http://www.praha.apla.cz/ (Czech language)

They have an "about us" page in English here: http://www.praha.apla.cz/about-us.html
And another in German: http://www.praha.apla.cz/uber-uns.html

Most of the people who work for this organization speak English as well as Czech (and some speak other languages as well like German and Russian). They have been a big help with an autistic boy in my preschool. Good organization for sure with a strong focus on education and assistance, and they seem to have some good info on the site.

Ooh! Thanks, everyone! I'll have to check these out and do postings as soon as I'm able. I'm still worn out from the chaos of the holidays, but I plan to take care of this in the very near future.

If anyone thinks of any others, of course, I'll be glad to hear of them.

Thanks again, and Happy New Year!
