This is a fake infomercial for the film Limitless.
Thought you might find it funny, as we've had discussion about a 'cure pill' on here before.

I'm not so sure I like those side effects but it brings up a very interesting conundrum. At certain points in my life I think I might say F-it let's give it a shot, but who in his right mind would take something that results in death upon discontinuation? Although who would want to live after learning about a homocidal blackout.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the US is the only country which permits the advertising of drugs on TV. We get these types of ads all the time and the announcer lists all these horrible side- effects that seem to contradict the action of the med, not to mention Cialis and the notorious 4 hour erection.

They don't advertise these types of drugs in Australia.

I just thought it was funny because I recently came off Ritalin which I once thought was a completely life changing drug. However, I did almost die on it.
This film is pretty much mocking drugs like Ritalin, in my opinion.

I also have a love-hate relationship with drugs. However, what I'm on now is ok/ mediocre so maybe it's a keeper? idk at what point you say "this is the best a med could make me feel." I always end up thinking the grass is greener on the other side.

I definitely want to see that movie. Thanks for pointing it out.
