I'm not quite sure it has to do with aspergers though, I feel like it's actually more because of ADD. It's not really stress I get from different situations, it's stress that is constantly active within me even if if I feel kinda relaxed. Basically I feel like I'm constantly under stress, no matter what situation I'm in. I need some help on how to relieve it, it's not just something that I can deactivate when I feel like it.

Sounds like Generalized Anxiety Disorder - a common comorbid condition with AS. Your best results will come from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a good therapist.

Sacrificing cats on Satanic altars works good.

(joke people)

The best thing I've found is Krav Maga. It's better than karate or kung fu because from day one you get to hit things. You can really let it rip because while form is important, the emphasis is just as much about intensity and survival. It's very primal.

The joke in Krav Maga is that if violence doesn't work use more violence. This really is a joke. The whole point is to learn self defense, a big part of which is recognizing and avoiding situations where you might end up in trouble.

I don't really understand why I should do cognitive behavioral therapy, like I said this is not stress caused by an outside source really, it's more like unconscious stress.

Because it works?

Maybe not always, but it can.

Are you talking about pure agitation as opposed to anxiety. I don't know if mental health professionals make this distinction, but I look at anxiety and agitation over what you think MIGHT happen and pure agitation as being agitated over what is happening at the present moment.

The cause is unknown to you. That doesn't mean there's no cause. I agree that CBT might not be best suited to this purpose. Generalised anxiety is probably a common problem for those on the spectrum. Try a progressive relaxation technique

This mp3 might help;

If you can become conscious of when and how your body is holding tension, you can consciously let it go.

These might be useful too;

Thx I'll try those.

I also want to explain it a bit more clearly, it feels like my body is tense all the time like you said, it's not really anxiety.

CBT teaches you what to do with your anxiety, how to handle it internally in a positive manner and how to reduce the anxiety that you are suffering from by teaching you how to recognize what is actually causing it.

In that case, CBT might be just the ticket, and I've expanded my knowledge on what CBT is useful for.

Well you can't fight what you don't know.

I have linked this video countless times, it explains scientifically what are worries / stress / anxiety and explains how you can tame them.

Just listening to the guy calms you down.
