Who are you rooting for? The group with millions of dollars and tons of members or the underdogs with no staff and only a couple hundred dollars? (I know we're not competitors but stats can be fun to look at)

I do not give a hoot about how many people use the site.

Besides, are som of those peaks based on things like the Will Freund incident?

WEll I think it's interesting to know how many people online are using a resource like this one in comparison to the highly funded org that gets funded because it is supposed to represent at least some of our interests.

sprry, but I root for BOTH. The Autistic Society werre incredibly helpful about how to explain to my doc about why think I may have AS, but this site has been a lifeline for me, even if I HAVE been on it less than a week!

Hmm page views up co-inciding perhaps with the reduced ads and increased serving speed?

What is "Daily Reach"?

How can you beat Autism Society on page views and lose on "daily reach"?

I don't participate in childish rivalry. I'm just a loner.

If I didn't have to type out my options and the background took up the whole page, I would be here more often. This sounds childish but that's the way it is for me.
Different sites help different people, that's what really counts. The members here are interesting and helpful towards each other, that's why I come here.
I visit other sites and so do other people. Does it really matter?

I don't think it is a matter of either/or because they are two different types of sites. However - one site gets big dollars. So if the AS helps anyone than isn't that what they are supposed to do because they are collecting donations for that purpose.

I think that it's interesting, but yes I think that both websites can be helpful. I think that WrongPlanet.net get's the person with an autistic spectrum disorder's views, yet at the same time autism-society.org does a good job at explaining what people not on the spectrum think and there are lots of things for them on that website. There is also more news about conferences and treatments for some things as well as lots of new research found on autism. While WrongPlanet is an awesome site, some people may prefer another site like autism-societ.org because of all the information on events and research and what not. I'm on WrongPlanet.net more often than the other one, but both are shooting for the same goal right?

Autism-society.org and Wrongplanet.net are not even the same kinds of website, so this seems like a pointless comparison. Wrongplanet.net changes the information more frequently, so people are going to come here more frequently.

And, I agree with others on the silliness of competetiveness.
