The only 3d video game I enjoy playing is Need For Speed Shift (which is a racing game) and I was wondering if stimming off the visuals could be a reason for this. Honestly I think I do stim by watching/playing it. I can play it for 4-6 hours at a time and it's the only 3d game I enjoy. Honestly I think it's a better stim than pacing around and flicking fingers, it's like a fixation similar to watching slow moving water. I think it's stimming, what do you think?

I find that in some video games I like to sometimes just run around, and I do wonder if it could be stimming. The speed, visuals, and so on.
