I get them every once in awhile, but they've decreased as of recently (usually 1 or 2 a year).

If you would clarify what you meant by "panic attack", it would be easier to answer your question.

A panic attack is a period of intense fear or discomfort, typically with an abrupt onset and usually lasting no more than thirty minutes. Symptoms include trembling, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, sweating, nausea, dizziness, hyperventilation, paresthesias (tingling sensations), and sensations of choking or smothering. The disorder is strikingly different from other types of anxiety, in that panic attacks are very sudden, appear to be unprovoked, and are often disabling.

I have them all the time, well, i had one last night, they can really be crippling and scary, and you can feel powerless and stuck. I hate them.

I used to get panic attacks. The worst ones convinced me I was dying. They're awful.

I get them really bad, not that i pass out or anything, but i am currently housebound (sort of) after my last attempt to get a life, ie. go to college, ended after the two days that i went in to college and subsequently had panic attacks. Now i spend all day alone in my house, with the cat, and will not leave it without my parents.

Yes, occasionally. I still have PTSD from an abusive marriage, so if a panic attack occurrs, it's due to that.

I used to as a teen but then, all the sudden at the age of about 19, they stopped. Having said that, I have had one since then but I'm now 24, so its not bad going :)
