I was reading up on this concept on AFF. I have mixed messages about it. What do you guys think?

I have no interest in such a thing. There's meant to be a blend of neurological types in society, not just one of any type.

Starting small would be best. How about an apartment building? A business? A gated community?

You would need a different set of rules for each one of us.

I like the lights on. It would make people cranky that want them off. But of course i wouldn't know they were there, but I would get really mad when the damn lights kept going off right after I turn them on.
