So I have read around a bit and heard that gluten and casein can mess up some people with autism.
I want to know if anyone here has actually had that experience.

There are ZERO peer reviewed studies existing that prove this is an effective anything for people with autism. There is ZERO sound reason to believe that it will. There are a number of anectodal stories though. Mostly from parents who are SHOCKED that when they stop allowing their kids to eat all the sugars (typically found in products with gluten) that those kids seem to settle down. GASP!! (I could have a heart attack and die of NOT surprise)
