you can do any of the classes you mentioned, i'm sure they will all be relaxing and interesting, and involve some kind of physical exercise/therapy mixed in with meditation.
but it's also useful to try out meditation on its own, as you can use various techniques when you are stressed without people around you knowing what you are doing.There are lots of different approaches to meditation, but I would start with finding some podcasts for guided meditation, there's loads, some are from different religions, some are more for relaxation. Personally I quite enjoy self-affirming Californian style meditation, and also Tibetan Buddhism guided meditation.
There are lots of different techniques, eyes open or closed, complicated visualisations and simple ones, or just simple focusing on the breath (an excellent beginner's meditation, also known as Anapana).
