I was given a prelim diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder after a lott of talking over the months and a test, in which I scores 34/50. I'm due to take another tomorrow to confirm or not. This is my first post and I just wondered what to expect. I'm in my 30s and been going downhill mentally for 3 years. I take lithium for bi-polar disorder and a couple of anti-depressants but autism would always have been there, surely? Looking back I can see loads of symptoms but the label scares me, especially on top of the BP, which was only diagnosed a few months back. Work are great, letting me take every other day off but I can't go on like that forever. Does anyone get really tired in the afternoon?

Got provisional diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder last week from Psych, to be confirmed or otherwise on Monday. Also bi-polar. Otherwise I'm obsessed with botany and on a constant search for some peace of mind. And yes, I have tried meditation many
