I do the same type of thing, but a little different. I tend to play out how conversations would go, even if they may never happen.

Yes I do this almost every night while laying in bed before I go to sleep. As well as planning out conversations in my head, I replay past conversations and what I would have said differently. I can't change the past but it makes me realise what things to not say again in the future.

Yes. Almost continuously. For as long as I can remember back into my childhood.

I do that too, with the replays, and it's one of the factors that contributes to me talking to myself. An imagined response, or even a remembered one, will slip out of my mouth at the worst time.

I tend to do that often, however, I've excepted that in reality, it is very unlikely for it to go as you thought if you tried. So, I don't take it with any sincerity.

Yes. Sometimes, I'll reenact past conversations and act more appropriately than I had in real life.

I do this all the time. I also go over previous conversations in my head to figure them out. Apparently, this isn't normal for most people.

All the time. Especially phone conversations. I don't like to make a call without working out what possibilities the conversation can take... I've even written notes about things to say. My wife was pretty amused when she found out our earliest phone conversations had a script :) .

Yes. If I don't, I speak really poorly.
