I know that a lot of Aspies have somewhat obsessive interests, and I'm wondering if anyone collects anything obsessively, as I do. This could be a place to say what you collect, or list your collection, or even post a few photos of what you collect :)

I collect Sonic stuff. Here's a few photos:

This isn't by any means my entire collection. But it gives you an idea of my obsessiveness. Come on now, your turn! (Doesn't have to be photos, you can just describe in words your collection).

I collect Die-Cast Routemasters and related Buses. All of the ones that I have at this moment, are Red. They all look the same from a distance, but the majority of them have different advertisments along the sides. I have about seven Routies at this moment, but I have a feeling that number will double by the end of this year. I also collect anything else that has to do with London.

I like to collect things that have to do with dragons. I have many statues of dragons in my room, I have dragon sheets, dragon curtains, a dragon rug, a black table with a gold dragon painted on it, and a big golden dragon hanging on the wall over my bed. I have a lot of dragon toys, too.

I also collect things that have to do with tuberculosis, but those are harder to find than dragons.

*worships*

You are SO awesome, dude. I've got a bunch of old Archie Sonic comics in my collection myself, I have a couple of rare issues, too, like the "Brave New World" series, both part one and two. Where do you find all those PLUSHIES?! Those are AWESOME!

I'm considering starting a collection of Katamari Damacy related material, because that's my favorite game series of all time.

The only collection I have now is a huge stack of files and junk related to the cartoon I'm pitching to Adult Swim (which I should stop mentioning, in risk that someone may think I'm showing off).

That and old comics. I have an old Iron Man issue 1 reprint, a couple of old Avengers books, a HUGE collection of old Mad mags (including 2 paperbacks that haven't been printed since the late '60s!), and of course, the Sonic comics I've been reading over the years. I just added the first issue of the Sonic X comic to that collection, so that should add up. Oh wait! I should also mention that I've got a couple of Bongo comics in there too, a couple Simpsons-Futurama crossover issues, and the Bartman graphic novel. Forgot one more thing! I'm trying to get every Calvin and Hobbes book published. They just re-released "The Complete", so I'm trying to get my hands on that huge box that it's in. It's got a bunch of new features, and if I heard right, a couple new COMICS!

I'm also looking for some sort of Boondocks complete, if one exists, and also I'm adding the two FLCL mangas and the Groundwork of FLCL book to the list when I get them. I should be getting the two FLCL volumes from Barnes and Noble soon enough, but Groundwork of FLCL is gonna have to wait, because it's 35 bucks to import it. I may also add some Full Metal Alchemist mangas if I feel like it, maybe a couple Evangalion novels as well.

Where'd I get the plushies? eBay :D I'd say 99.9% of my Sonic collection is from eBay.

Your collection sounds awesome too :) Comics and manga! I need more of those.

It's not a bad collection, Leon ^^ Even in that small collection you have a couple things I don't have (that particular mug, that particular yearbook, and the small handheld game). Wah, I don't like having known gaps in my collection  Oh well, I have a lot of stuff so it's okay I guess.

'Special' coins, ie ones with special patterns on (such as ones issued to commemorate anniversaries of things, eg the four-minute mile)

pictures of instruments - only decent and / or pretty ones though. Especially stringed instruments, but especially scrolls

I started collecting ketrings but gave up. I still like inspecting other people's keyrings though.
