Is it true that if you have AS issues that you had in your teenager years are still there in your 20's and take longer to go away?

Some issues and complexes i have from my teenage years are still in my mind tormenting me.

for example when i was in my early teens i used to dislike having to be around taller people because of some of my peers were growing faster than me. Even though today i am 5ft10 i still having some of those intrusive thoughts and height insecurities from my teenage years esspecially when hanging around tall people.

I don't know that the AS issues go away, but getting older makes it easier to deal with other people's reactions and with our own inadequacies. I'd much rather be 46 than a teenager!

Not unless you get help Jamesy. It isn't an insecurity anymore, it's an obsession.

I really think that you should talk to a professional about this.

Depends on the copay for your medical insurance, if you have one. However, one of these WP people is looking to become a coach. Maybe a coach could help.
