Are any of you guys friends with other Aspies? Two of my best friends are Aspies, and they are one of the best things that has ever happened to me. We all know about each other - sometimes, if one of us sneezes or coughs or something, that person will say to the others "Oh snap, you'll catch the ASS-BURGERS!!" in ridiculous voices. I love them.

No, I don't have aspie friends if you don't count online friends. I mum frown upon the idea of me purposely joining an aspergers group. I would really like to make some real life aspie friends one day.

There is one guy I know from homeschooling, I do not see him much anymore, I recall he really liked biology, insects especially.

At school, I have heard that one guy, who does not seem very bright, has Aspergers. But I was told by someone else. He hung out with the wrong people and now just randomly hits anyone who talks to him because he thinks it is cool. I am not sure if he understands that it makes people not like him, he just moves from social group to social group, and is unpopular. I do not consider him a friend. There is... the other one... the sort of school weirdo (and I mean WEIRD) who told me he has Asperger Syndrome. He likes talking really loudly about strange theories of using dark matter for energy production and strange stories of him summoning demons. He is quite funny, not sure if I like him too much though.

I recently made friends with a girl in my AS support group....it was really nice that she wanted to make a regular time to meet every week, so we don't have to worry about when to call each other or when/how to make plans :)
