I am not quite sure if i know how to explain what aspergers is and the significance it has in my life.I am an articulate person but i dont know how to sum it up.espeically to someone who dosent know what it is. I met this person through my therapist..and in the future if i want to let a firend know this would be helpful.

(also any alt. therapies you can reccomend)
