I'm just asking you because when I go outside in the heat of summer or if I just plan take a walk outside. I just start like in two or three minutes start sweating like a dog. I don't know if I'm out of shape or is that normal? Who else sweats like this fast amount of time?

I walked several miles in the Texas sun yesturday and did not notice alot of
sweating. Funny you mention sweat like a dog. I would say "sweat like a pig" in the past but I do not think either animal has sweat glands? They use their mouths and
saliva. What I hate is maybe for one hour after I take a bath my hair /skin looks
nice (people say so) then after that sweat and oils build up and I feel I nolonger look good.

What part of Texas were you in? In Houston, it would take about 5 minutes to start sweating.

I'm hundreds of miles from Houston. I've live in two other locations in Texas and
it was hot and humid everywhere! No I sweated but it was minor. I walked for
2 hours but I was not soaking wet. There was no sweat rolling into my eyes.
Thats when I'm really sweating. I did not feel very hot just my feet hurt so I
was glad to get home.

When I take my Dog for his Morning Walk, it takes me ten minutes to start sweating. I walk him for an hour, and I bring two bottles of Water with us.

Dogs do have some sweat glands, just very few and mostly around their toes. Why do I know that? :P
I'm not sure about pigs.

Great topic, now only if someone had a solution...

I sweat within minutes of being in the sun, even in relatively cool temperatures. It its hot, I sweat a lot. Any type of activity does it too...

Has always been this way, though much worse lately.

I'm quite sensitive to temperature so if its hot I will sweat, but then I don't mind being too warm. What I really hate is being too cold and shivering, which I do a lot easier than sweating as I am more sensitive to cold than hot. In answer to the original question, it takes me about 2-5 minutes to break out into a sweat and I'm not really unfit or anything.

Earlier I did not sweat at all.
I almost fainted in a bus because I couldn't sweat it out and it stayed inside.

Then I started doing tai chi and I started to sweat like a normal person. It regulates your metabolism.
