I think that when the seasons change I get very agitated. I have noticed that during March and September my moods can be erratic and my energy levels too. I think its because they signify change; are transitional months and it makes me feel in limbo. I think during the months April - August I am generally settled and also between Oct - Feb. Does anyone know what I mean?

Not emotionally. My sinuses really hurt. I take meds for them. It's in like a lamb out like a lion this year, and we're all feeling it.

I get wound up waiting for the weather to break. It''s more agitated waiting for spring than spring itself. And fall is fine until the weather turns. Winter can be depressing.

The thing is, it isn't about the seasons but the emotions I connect to them. I hate summer because my (very stereotypically NT) sibling comes home (from college) and I go from feeling comfortable here to suffocated. I love autumn because I love when my sister goes back and I get obsessed with my class schedule. Also hate summer because I feel the loneliness even more. At least duringg the school year I see other people and occaisonally someone says hi and reminds me I'm not invisible.

For as long as I can remember I've always felt kinda nervous around season changes and I think it's because of the change, like you said. It's weird because even if I'm longing summer to arrive I still hate it for the first couple of weeks.

I've never been able to pinpoint exactly why I don't like it though.

I don't have much of an issue with season changes....but I do have an issue with extreme weather changes. I live in colorado and there is a saying that goes 'if you don't like the weather wait five mintues'.....but yeah especially in the winter when it goes from fairly warm weather to freezing I actually experiance random physical pain. This has gone on this week and I've had back pain and both of my knees are giving me hell I actually had to wear a knee brace yesterday because it hurt to bend it. But yeah that tends to happen when the weather goes through extreme changes too quickly.
