your avatar did not meet the sizing requirements so it was removed. when this happens, it typically takes 2-3 (up to 5) hours for you to be able to upload a new one. avatars are not allowed to be more than a certain width. its against the rules because it makes it hard for people to read the site when they have small screens (it disrupts the layout). i've manually reactivated your ability to upload an avatar.
