Would you please tell me, that if I delete private message from the box: Out (Unread)
will the person to whom it is sent get it or not?

They can't get to the body of the message to read it, if you delete it from your outbox. While it is still in your outbox, I don't know if it is in their inbox as an unread message.

Does this mean that if I deleted message from my box: Out (unread), it will not be sent and person to whom it was sent can not open it and read the message, but it can possibly be that there is an empty message in inbox of the person to whom it was sent?

There is a setting in your "My Account" profile settings to be sent an email every time someone sends you a private message.

If the person you sent a message to has the setting enabled, they will receive an email saying that you sent them a message.

But if you delete the message before they read it, it's deleted and they won't be able to read it.
