I was reading about yawning on wikipedia and it said:

Quote:
A 2007 study found that young children with autism spectrum disorders do not increase their yawning frequency after seeing videos of other people yawning, in contrast to typically developing children. In fact, the autistic children actually yawned less during the videos of yawning than during the control videos. This supports the claim that contagious yawning is related to empathic capacity.[

i realised that i too do not yawn when others yawn either, have you noticed this in yourself?
I also am not affected by "contagiose laughter" either on the exeptiopn of one person who is severley disabled when he laughs
it is very hard not to laugh aswell.
i was wondering if anyone else is like this or not? particulary the yawning one, i find it facinating.

Seeing other people yawn does not make me yawn, but hearing other people laugh does make me laugh sometimes.

I don't always laugh when others laugh. I haven't noticed myself yawn when others yawn.

I'm definitely not immune to other people's laughter, and I can't even think about yawning without yawning.

I don't always laugh along with other people, but mostly I do.

I laugh along with my best friend, but not with everybody else. \everybody else that I know has a sick sense of humour. I don't yawn along with other people.
