Big fat burritos.
A steamed tortilla, with pinto beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, rice, and a gallon of habanero salsa.

:D

I'm on a diet. Darn you all! ~shakes fist~ :P

Chicken tikka masala with copious amounts of sriracha chili sauce. Last year I cooked it every day for months.

Recently, it became fish and chips that I almost lust for. I do not go out to eat often, but when I do I invariably go only to places which serve fish and chips.

I love chicken tikka masala...indian restaurant style..though they sometimes give me more sauce than actual chicken.

^^^ You should try cooking it yourself. Cooking Indian food is wonderfully aspie: a recipe will go into extreme detail on the process and timing. It's more like a program than many Western recipes.

For instance, the way the spices are cooked. In traditional Indian cooking, you heat the oil or ghee, then add the spices in a specific order, at specific times, before adding any of the other ingredients. The rest of the process can be similarly ordered.

Not only is it fun, but at the end you get amazing food that seems too good to have been made by oneself.

I obsess over locally grown produce, eggs and meats. I cannot wait until farmer's market season.
