Becasue of my AS I have a very hard time controlling anger.

Are there any foods at all that can help with stress and anger?

I have been taking the most powerful Omega 3 fish oil tables (100mg) and here is what i have found

I don't think so much anymore
i have not as much anxiety as i used too
less depression
don't lose my temper as easily

never the less i am still having problems with these issues. are there any stronger fish oil tablets i could take with more mg?

i have still have real problems with my emotions when i venture outside of my home that impair my ability to function well but since taking the tables unlike before i feel a lot more relaxed at home.

What about the Tension Tamer Wellness Tea from Celestial Seasonings? Have you ever tried herbal tea blends to help relax?
You can try drinking warm milk or eating a big meal with lots of carbohydrates. That might make you too relaxed and tired to think about being angry :)

I heard green tea can increase levels of stress because it has caffene in it.

I heard caffeine helps adhd symptoms and executive functioning issues.

I was put on a mood stabilizer, Lamictal/Lamitrogine, to help with meltdowns... I haven't had any big meltdowns since i've been on it, but i've also had much less stress(no job..), so i can't really tell how much of the effects are from the meds and how much are from the removal of stress. I haven't noticed any other effects from it though, and it doesn't make me feel any different. Maybe you could talk to your psychiatrist about some kind of meds like that that might help?

Hash brownie, if you live in a state that allows such food.
