WOW! Great day! Embracing ME!

I read the following link. http://www.autistics.org/library/more-autistic.html (anbuend linked it. Under a topic on Mild AS geting worse.) Today was a great day! I embraced AS and ME! I messed up and had strange behaviors but that's ME! A few examples: I said next time since Madison (little sister age. 9) is heavier have the 11yr. old Katelyn sit on my lap the next time we go out. Dad said I could have just planned it instead of outright saying it. (I thought of that after he corrected me.) At Erica's house (oldest sister) I was ooing ahhing over food since it smealt so good. She made a comment does she (AKA ME) do this at home? Mom said no. Erica also commented on the fact I haven't moved out yet/learned to drive/ & the whole "Dorm University my age being 25 thing.)

When I've clearly asked HERE and gotten the answer that YES a Unviersity would. USUALLY I'd get all emotional and meltdown (Crying in tears) over a comment, but today I embraced Autism and thought "Hey I'm not the only one with these issues and these negative comments are just to get me upset." So I wont get upset. I am reliaved though to be home PHEW! to be away from all those negative comments. "Faking" it is hard. I'm happy I had a good day and here's to many more like a WP user Max M said "Who gives a f**k tell someone who cares!" Great way of thinking!! !! YA! ME!
