This happened in the first episode of Bob's Burgers, where the brother threw toothpicks on the floor, and the sister guessed incorrectly, and therefore she had autism?

it also happened in this video:

I think it's the stereotype of autistics are supposed to be able to to count a bunch of toothpicks instantly. (Link: video example from Rainman) It's not saying she is or isn't autistic because of not being able to count them. It's saying she's bad at being autistic -- can't even count 3 toothpicks on the ground -- the opposite of the stereotype.

I think "worst kind of autistic" here does not mean that's she's severely autistic, rather, it means she's bad at being autistic. Or, maybe perhaps, that she's the least desireable kind of autistic to have around. Not a judgment against autism. Rather, accepting autism, and judging her versus other autistics.

The 'joke' here is that they assumed that every person with autism can do super mathematics like Dustin Hoffman's character in Rainman, thus when she couldn't do it they concluded she couldn't be autistic. It's making fun of their ignorance, not her.
