I managed to start meaningful conversations with my older sister who has been away at college, my best friend who I felt I have been a little distant from, and my prom date prospect! I feel accomplished.

I ask you WP brethren, what good thinks have happened in your life today? If you can't think of anything that happened today, what about in the last week, or month?
It would be nice to see the good folks of this sight thinking about the positives instead of the shortcomings.

I finished one of my final exams. The exam wasn't fun, but finishing it was!

I had a nice day out with my son. We went to the bank, post office and grocery shopping and he talked my ear off about his latest obsession (digital cameras). My wife and I had a nice conversation.

I finally got my appointment for diagnosis scheduled, this Thursday.

Only 90 minutes though, so I have no idea what will happen or if I will get the correct diagnosis.

I came to the realization that I was not a suitable match for my new job working with low-functioning autistic adults - the violence just became too much and my nerves were shot because I was constantly on my guard for the next attack.

Back to the job search for me! (it's preferable to loss of sleep, strained nerves and a constantly upset stomach due to nerves)

Hell, I thought I was just weird. ;-)

i can (obviously) come off as really abrupt and my tone can sound sharpish, so feel free to ask me to clarify

it was really a great day for me to ride my bike 'round the neighborhood today, the temperature was just right to cancel-out my sweating no matter how hard i rode, and the breezes were gentle and didn't hamper my forward progress or give me any advantage, so it was a good workout.

Passed in my application for an assessment, hoping for a dx (have to wait in the queue for 4-6 months).
Almost finished my kitchen furniture, pretending jack-of-all-trades (very nice result indeed).
Invited friends to my home for a little gyros-party (a kind of barbecue at home) this weekend. A rare occasion indeed.
Helped my family with garden-work, assembling shelves (7pcs).
Helped my twin sister to choose an own flat.
Rendezvous (no success yet).
I'm a certified financial auditor since March (using academic knowledge in practice is the challenge now).

I drawed a picture of a house.

Hmm let's see, well while I froze to death all day I grumbled about certain people, then I read some Stargate, watched some Stargate, watched some more Stargate, ate some chocolaty hot crossed buns and chased my cat around the house.
Also, I think I solved the problem of my mum swearing at the computer and damaging my mouse - by downloading her a decent browser. If she continues to swear tomorrow I am going to somehow secretly block all applications from my computer. Maybe uninstall flash?

Every task I undertook today was something I had chosen to do, so there was no need to please others. Every major task was finished in the morning, which is good because I am useless between 1PM and 4PM. And, the weather was perfect.

Today I got my housing selection done for next year. I even decided to live in a new building, with people I had never met before. Apparently it's the nicest housing on campus, so I'm looking forward to it. I also didn't have one of my classes today and got a bit of downtime, which was nice.

Today, my bus pass actually broke to the point where it completely doesn't function anymore and what was worse about it is the fact that I didn't have much on me to get a new one.

Unexpectedly, I had two friends of mine that really helped me so I was so fortunate that have that.

Ended up spending the rest of the day at church in the end and it was just amazing and having my best friend coming along was SO COOL! :D

I found out that I'm finally making a passing grade in Microcomputer Applications. All those hours spent in the computer lab working on those tedious assignments have finally paid off! :)

thanks for starting this thread, tehsbe, it's always a nice to celebrate our triumphs, no matter how small they may be!

Since discovering some of my strengths (high tolerance for tedium, fast and accurate number crunching) I've been making myself extremely useful at work compiling reports that nobody else wants to do. My bosses are happy at my 'team spirit', my coworkers are happy to not have to do pages and pages of adding up numbers, and I'm happy as a little clam to sit at my desk and exercise my brain in solitude. Hooray for aspie superpowers that have some value in the NT world!

I started on a really stupid project for American history today that's due next Monday.

I'm one day closer to spring break and summer vacation.

I got to level 17 in Black Prophecy, and I increased my hull hitpoints from 28,000 to 41,000.

I have spent quite a bit of time here on wrong planet today :)
