Personally, i think that it is how the people who we actually let close to us have a hard time seeing how much we truly care.

Yeah pretty much. I get sick of people getting on me for things beyond my control, like how quiet or sad-looking I always am and whatnot. As if pointing that out is REALLY gonna help make my situation better and decrease my anxiety. :roll:
