It's definately interesting. I think it is plausable that anything that has a brain may have differences from the norm, and therefore have neurological differences.

Very interesting, I do believe that such symptoms can arise in the social great apes such as bonobos or chimps, not everyone of them is going to be super social are they?

Aw he is cute!

They have the couple of recent mouse studies, but this is much more 'natural' and easier to map to humans...

Furthermore to studies...

I generally dislike animal studies. But observing the real life of a relatively free animal is ok in my books.

Intentionally giving animals say cancer for example then testing drugs on them is shameful. People will often say "but they are animals so it is ok" is a poor excuse for harming a living being to me. Because of this, I will only ever donate money to Humane Research which only carries out clinical trials on humans.
