i was wondering if it was ok to be feeling multiple emotions at one time. a few months ago i had this weird feeling that i had done something terribly wrong even though i hadn't. on top of that feeling i had random moments of euphoric happiness that had no cause that i could recognize. i also had trouble sleeping because i was excited for no apparent reason. i have no record of drug use and i was not taking medication during that time. i am wondering if this is common in aspies auties or NT's

I experience multiple emotions but I can't usually identify what they are, except that I really don't like it and it gets overwhelming.

I think I've felt this before. There are times when I feel a strange mix of terrible sadness and elation, but it almost never happens. I can't really describe it though.

I do get a mixed feeling of dread and euphoria at times, but its usually preceding a migraine.

Only ever one emotion at a time for me.
