I'm filling out interrogatories for a lawsuit
And it's the first set from the defendant... and it's eleven pages of the same question repeated a few times and then another question repeated a few times. I think if I had to do this in an actual courtroom they could actually trip me up really bad. Luckily my attorney is speaking on behalf of me and it is a simple case but...
There's also about 15 pages of disclosure requests from the defendant and I find it really funny that in a premises liability/personal injury lawsuit they think I'll make copies of "diaries or journals" that I wrote in during the time after I was injured and rendered unable to walk for a few months etc.
There is a ridiculous amount of personal information they think I'm going to share... and it's just... this is so long.
How can I score above a 170 on the LSAT and still be totally overwhelmed by this stuff hahaha?
I can't wait to finish my degree and apply to law school. I'm so not going into this kind of law though.
