How to disable avatar?

Hello i am new user and i would to ask you, How to disable avatar?

You don't currently have an avatar, so why do you want to disable it? I'm not sure what you mean by disable.

If you mean other people's avatars, personally I use uBlock Origin to block any avatar that gets on my nerves, e.g. the flashing ones and the ones that for one reason or another I just find annoying. Pretty much any ad blocker ought to do the trick. It's a matter of using the "block element" feature which lets you click on the offending item to zap it.

If you mean your own avatar, as has been already said, you don't seem to have one so I guess it isn't that.
