I have often seen ABA knocked in various AS and Autism forums for any number of reasons.
I have an studied the science of Skinner, and believe that it is second only to evolution with regards to its importance to the fields of biology/psychology/neurology/et al.
I will note that I often agree with the critiques that I see of Behaviorism, or at least the manner of its application.

I welcome you to bring up any topics in the realm whether to challenge the theory (note theory means tested and demonstrated to explain all prior findings as well as predicting future outcomes, (like thermal dynamics, gravity and the shape of the earth) as opposed to the common definition which is more like the ideas you come up with when you shouldn't be operating heavy machinery.

I also would be happy to give you the ammunition to put an incompetent behaviorist in their place
or even offer some ideas on addressing how to each viable replacements for problem behaviors. (short version if you see a behavior plan that is not teaching a new skill or the only skill it teaches can be mastered by a corpse, it is not valid ABA)
