I don't want to know what people think causes Autism (vaccination, food, environment etc..)
What I really want to find out is what is happening in the brain (or elsewhere) to cause a person to suffer the symptoms of Autism. Is there an area of the brain that doesn't get enough oxygen? Is there an area of the brain that is larger/smaller than normal? Is there some spinal or other neurological issues?

What physical issues causes one to suffer the symptoms of Autism?

Autism isn't a single physical thing, it's diagnosed based on behavior. That's the main fallacy people take when thinking about autism.

No one knows "for sure." Yet.

Heck, half the time, the experts can't even agree what behaviors constitute "autism."

This. It's diagnosed by meeting a some - but not all - criteria on a list, which means there could very well be multiple causes of Autism.

True, not a single physical thing, but apparently a series of brainactivity that can be messured physically, not just based on behaviour.
