Very long, but very interesting. Thanks for posting. I can see micro-expressions sometimes. I have to be comfortable enough with the person to gaze into their face. If I use a word or express a concept that the other person is not familiar with (and they don't want to admit that they don't), I can see a millisecond of distress on their face.
