I found this interesting video on YouTube I found it very interesting and well done what do others think? Note the blurs are not litteraly but to show area of focus

I am not diagnosed with an ASD (never been tested for it) but the video also reminds of the view of the world of a social phobic (the condition I am diagnosed with). I don't really look at people, even when interacting with them. I tend to look everywhere else lol.

The link didn't work for me, but I took the portion of the URL that was after the letter v (Stq_fqKqF74) and posted it in place of the same part of a different youtube video link and it loaded for me.

I had to turn it off because the sound made me want to throw my computer across the room.

The music was pretty annoying, I agree.
I get what they were going for, but the execution of it sort of gave me a bit of a headache. I think it would have been better to gray out the unfocused details instead of blurring them, so it doesn't give the impression of "through the eyes of someone who really needs glasses". Then again, if they were trying to portray visual overload, I guess that would work. But I think they were going for focusing on details.

I could have done a better job with photoshop in less than 10 minutes.

Wow, I liked that video a lot. I thought the way I walked around was normal. That really did feel like me walking around. I don't have that bad of glare, everything doesn't go all white, but I do wear sunglasses because of glare/sun/clouds. I thought looking at all that stuff was normal. Sometimes, every onece in a while I'll somehow realize how much stress everything can cause me.

They called looking at things distractions though. I'm not sure I'd call it that. I thought that was all normal.

That is definitely more accurate. I also don't experience everything that brightly, but I do have to wear sunglasses, otherwise it's painful. My favourite bit is 'Green!! !!'

I couldn't watch the OP's video properly - the pitch on the audio was nasty.

I agree it's more accurate. And I thought it was normal too.
