This may sound like a useful thing but let me tell you, the reorganization need is difficult to manage. Imagine you go to the pantry to find something (e.g. cereal) and then it gets reorganized putting the item on another shelf or in a different location on the same shelf... and then the same thing happened with the refrigerator... and the linen closet.

Constant subtle changes to the location of everyday items is really hard to handle some days.

Maybe she has OCPD, obssesive compulsive personality disorder.

That sounds like subtle mental torture. Kind of like gaslighting.
