Hmmm .. does knowing so much about Muppet Treasure Island count as an unusual hobby?

I had unusual hobbies that involved Sid from Flushed Away at one point in my past. I played Sid games and watched videos of Sid on YouTube. I also made myself look like Sid for the clubhouse baseball games. :O)

When I was a teenager in the 1980s I was into tabletop roleplaying games and wargames.

This was pretty unusual. What makes me sad is how this interest has survived into the present, moved to computers and become largely mainstream. Actually, I like that part, because computer games mean I don't need other people to play them. What I dislike is the time someone tried to tell me my primary interest was too mainstream for me to be really autistic.

I hang out in toilets 8)

In all seriousness, I distribute stickers and leaflets relating to women's health...in toilets, amongst other places. I also thus collect and catalog women's health leaflets, stickers, t-shirts, posters, etc. Incidentally, people do some strange stuff in toilets, so I can safely say that my 'hobby' isn't that unusual comparatively speaking.

I do a lot of research. I don't really see this as an unusual way to spend my time, but in comparison to what most high school girls apparently do in their free time, I think it probably is rather uncommon.

Seconded.

If I'm not doing research in my free time, I'm probably playing video games. Yup, that's about all I do.

I was obsessed with animals going to the bathroom, when I was six. I saw an elephant going pee and poo at the same time at the zoo that spring, when I was at the zoo. My sister and I would chant, "Elephant poo...elephant poo...elephant poo." until my dad would tell us to do something constructive with our time.
