Coming across as secretive?

Quite a few people have now said to me that when I talk to them I appear secretive/ it seems like I know something that they don't and am keeping it secret.

Is this something that you have experienced and do you think it has anything to do with AS?

I've gotten that comment several times before. I don't know if it necessarily has to do with AS. I just consider myself a private person.
