I have my physical age 24
My emotional/ mental age (predominate age for me) ranging from 7 to 16
And my cognitive? Age? Not sure how to word it but with that feel years ahead of my pier group. It is so hard to explain but does anyone expeience this?

Absolutely. Of course there's the physical age, as you mention, being one.
With me, I feel rather old at times - in the sense that I don't take interest to any popular culture whatsoever, completely alien to most people my age, my grandparents can use a mobile phone better than I can, and I would much rather talk about things that interest me (like weather, for instance, which in itself is a special interest you don't see many people my age taking interest in). But then I think that this would be the last year at high school (had I still been there) and do not feel ready for the next step whatsoever, which would be sixth form college. So in that sense I feel very young.

My counselor told me there were four ages:

1. Chronological age (physical)

2. Intellectual age (basically your IQ compared to others your age)

3. Psychological age (moral and ethical understanding)

4. Emotional age (how old you actually feel and how you respond emotionally)

For me,
1. 41 years old physically
2. In the top 3% for my age
3. About on par for my age
4. Extremely regressed (feel and react like someone aged 6 - 11)

I have said sometimes that I feel like I have non-linear age. Like my age can't be measured on a numberline that progresses from 0 to 100 and possibly beyond. I think that's probably similar, although it doesn't specify particular ages for particular aspects of me.

I've had friends joke about me being multiple ages too - they joked something like that I was a 6-year-old trapped in the body of a 20-something year old [however old I was at the time] with the mind of a 65-year-old British man.

Yes I feel that way too
46 in physical age
16-20 in emotional age and things that I do
older in cognitive age like I have amassed information faster and longer than my peers
I feel so out of place in the world-too old for young people and to young for older people-I am stuck it seems

Absolutely!

My physical and intellectual age is 25, my inner soul is 3, and my higher self is ageless. (She's my source of wisdom and mental stability... an inner counselor, if you will.)

My physical age is 38. Intellectually, I'm older, but I think my actual age is catching up on that. When I was a child, I always felt more mature than my peers. I was never a teenager. Just now I'm about 21 emotionally.

When I'm alone or around people I know, I probably act like I'm somewhere between 10 and 15. But when I'm in public; my calm but serious personality takes over and I act more like an adult. I'm good at suppressing my inner child, but I embrace it whenever I get the opportunity.

Intellectually, I was once in the 98th percentile for my age and several years ahead, although I never skipped a grade and I think I've probably lost most of my edge. That was 10 years ago.

My actual age is 49, but I often feel far older due the fact that I was raised by a couple who were a generation removed from me. That would make me more my birth mother's age: mid 60s-ish. I grew up with music & stuff that was popular before my generation as well with contemporary things. As far as my emotional age, it varies depending upon the situation....sometimes I am close to my actual age, but if I am being bullied, I regress to single digits. Intellectually I may be smarter but my emotional age drags me down overall. I guess that would put me all over the place. LOL

Physically I'm 24
Emotionality I'm about 13
and Intellectuality I feel about 90, but maybe that's just because of all the head injuries.

My physical age is 27
Intellectual age...I am not sure if I calculated this properly, and I do not know if I am correct, but it could be around 38. I know I have above average IQ.
Emotional age is very immature---I usually act like a 7-14 year old.

Yes, I do.

Chronological: 41

Intellectual: top 2% for my age

Psychological: I'm not sure. I tend to have fairly strong ethical concepts that seem patently obvious to me, but other people do not seem to understand. I don't mean anything complex, I mean basic stuff like "Disabled people should be treated like full human beings." Or "characterizing people as evil or wrong or immoral because of traits intrinsic to their being is inappropriate."

Emotional: This seems to range from my teens to my 20s. Sometimes - say when something was planned and the plans changed - I feel like 6-10. I really react badly to things like this, although I get about as demonstrative as I did at that age...which is not very demonstrative. I do get angry and complain, but I don't have a visible meltdown.

I think that without a doubt I am emotionally immature. I get hurt very easily and cannot deflect petty cruelty. I fall apart and cry like a child. Intellectually I think I match my biological age, but I do feel younger than I am, I think partly because I don't have adult responsibilities, like children or even a job.
