Thats my opinion and I had to say it. I cant find anywhere online that backs this theory up but her songs about her alienation, her tom boyishness, her creativity, songs even about meltdowns, I SWEAR TO GOD she has autism. I think it goes past the whole just not fitting in rebel mentality. I mean seriously...

I don't see why people go so crazy over celebrities possibly having any sort of "mental problem." It's the person's personal life; sure they're famous, but when it comes to medical stuff people shouldn't be so nosy.

I don't think you can diagnose a person with an ASD just from song lyrics. Is it possible she might be on the spectrum? Sure, but the signs you see could just as easily point to bipolar disorder, inferiority complex, ADHD or just regular old depression stemming from a difficult life, or any of a number of other things. Hell, some people write emo lyrics out of just pretentiousness or a need for attention.
To just assume it's autism, or indeed to assume anything at all, is to ignore many other possibilities.
And also there's the none of our business thing.

Due to a recent post where I slipped out of anger towards my mum for wanting to be more feminine, I'm just going to say that though diagnosing celebrities isn't a good idea, I've caught myself doing it a couple of times on WP. I guess that I'm now in the middle of the fence, because I did make a slip up.

I'd guess a lot of people with asd can relate to her music. and a lot of people generally, and there is the possibility she in on the spectrum. I don't think that to sugest she has asd is any kind of insult, not unless it was meant to be (which in this case I'm sure it wasn't meant as an insult).
I do think though that there are too many rules about what people can comment on, or not.

People say: This famous celebrity has suchandsuch disorder/syndrome!

I say: Who cares?

Theyre celebrities.
Theve stuggled all of their lives to get into the public eye so even the law says that they have less right to privacy than do most folks.

get the sticks out of all your asses. Seriously I was presenting my opinion not diagnosing anyone nor do I have the ability to. Also didnt ask for anyones soap boxes you can all go make your own posts if you care so much, b/c if you read my post I was NOT asking for your opinion.

A forum is a place where people present an opinion or situation and people say their own opinion on the matter. If you want to post but not have people argue with you, start up a blog.

That is all I'm willing to waste of my time and energy expendature from my fingetips typing on the keys.

I've seen her in interviews and I don't think she does.
You can have a lot of issues in your life and not have any mental disorder.
Many singers write about things we can relate to but that doesn't mean they have an ASD.
Most just have an anxiety disorder or are messed up on drugs. Not saying Pink is but the singers I like usually are.

Pink is an ugly, untalented wiggette anyway. I wouldn't care if she had supernatural powers.

Did you ever think that she may not write all her song lyrics? Very few artists now write all their lyrics, and the same P!nk lyrics that apply to me, apply to many of my (very obviously) NT friends.
