I think the book “Asperger Syndrome and Anxiety: A Guide to Successful Stress Management” by Nick Dubin is pretty good. I haven’t finished it yet, but it is rated highly on Amazon. Of course no self-help book is an automatic quick fix, but what I have read has been interesting and I think it will also be useful, should I decide to really work on it.

That’s too bad about Freaks and Geeks, - I haven’t read that one, but was kind of looking forward to it. I got the impression from somewhere that Luke was a teenager when he wrote it.
