We love our brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, sons, daughters, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandparents, family friends, close friends, pets, ect. What is the societal norm for all of this? Do we HAVE to love our family completely (according to the norm)? How do people on the spectrum differ from this?

according to the 'norm', yes, you are supposed to love your family.
if you don't love a family member, you better have a good reason or be considered weird

What would happen if you question the existence of familial love?

A lot of people constantly question familial love. A lot of people say their real family is their "chosen" family, and call their birth family their "biological" family, to distinguish the two. A lot of people don't love anyone in their biological family.

Drew Barrymore, the actress, is a famous example of someone who publicly stated she has a chosen family rather than a biological family. So it's becoming a lot less weird than it used to be in the past.

Doesn't seem like it. It still seems like we are still consumed with the said norm.

I may be a bit conservative here, thinking that we should love our biological family too, unless they give us really "good" reasons to disgrace them. Even so, I would reconsider their status from time to time.

My one question is what would happen/what would people think if we don't love our family as much as we should?

love in general is just a social construct, a trait that just 'helps along' the survival of the human race. It isn't real, just a bunch of chemicals making reactions and such.

or whatever.

I sort of agree with you, but people hold it to be of such importance.
