I find that I often get them muddled up when speaking. So, I might say "You/They/He can open the box." when really I mean "I can open the box."

Or, refer to a male as 'her'/'she' or vice versa. Same with they, ect and I can't really work out where they go wrong but I often have people tell me their correct gender or that x did it, not them when that's what I intended to say.

Do any of you have difficulties with personal pronouns?

Mixing up words is something I deal with all the time, and it's not just pronouns.

I don't think I mix pronouns, but I have a tendency to jumble grammar, use incomprehensible substitutes of words or expressions because I'm unable to find the right one without pausing and thinking, and even doing so, results are less then pleasing...

I'm fortunate I don't have to bother with gender-specific pronouns in everyday life, since they are totally absent in my native language. :P

I don't usually mess up pronouns, or at least not any worse then other words. what I have trouble with is using the wrong tense.
