I'm being tested for aspergers soon and just wondering if anybody else found out that they had a ASD in adulthood?

Yes, i was 28 when I got my Dx. Answered a lot of questions, but brought up whole new ones.

I diagnosed myself at age 38 if that counts. I don't have an official diagnosis though, and I won't get one since I've made bad experiences with the so-called mental health system back in the day.

i got diagnosed last October at 31.

Yes, about 2 years ago.

I was diagnosed at 22, though it was identified in me at age 13.

I self-diagnosed at about 38 with AS, diagnosed at 45 with PDD-NOS by a psych student at a major university. Due to inconsistencies in the report, I don't fully accept this diagnoses and would like a second opinion but can't afford it.

Aspergers wasn't a diagnoses until I was well into adulthood. I learned about it through my son (he is now 20) when he displayed the symptoms and I could see the similarities between us.

Self-diagnosed at 40. Suspected it for years before that, but never delved into it. Have a cousin who's a psych major that basically blew it off when I asked for an opinion. Just offered to send me a mountain of information that will say I'm not. So, by a semi-professional, I'm NT. So guess I'm just a weird NT.

But anyway. Yeah, go for it. Get a real diagnosis. Maybe I will someday, too!

Yes, I was diagnosed AS at the age of 40.

PDD-NOS and ADD last month at 44.
Perhaps my wife had a point...

27, but in and out of therapy since 16, looking for answers.

Sixty-seven now, diagnosed 3 or 4 years ago.
