What realistically would a team of aspies (I am thinking something along the lines of an academic bowl team, but it could be anything.) outperform a team of neurotypicals in--exclude ringers like the Chinese? :) What do you think are the advantages of having aspergers if any?

Is such a team a good idea to help educate the world and demonstrate that having asperger's has certain advantages associated with it, or is it better to try to blend in among the neurotypical majority instead?

hmm...first thing i am both aspie and chinese. i am a taiwanese living in taiwan.:)
in my opinion a team of aspies can perform very difficult tasks such as intricate computer programming, and other jobs. neurotypicals in my opinion argue a lot and are sometimes off-task. one of the best things about us is that we are almost always on task and are able to concentrate on one single thing for long periods of time.
and i think...yes a team like that would be a very good idea:D

Designing and programming computer games, although I may be biased as that's my FT occupation.

Possibly target sports.
