Do the NT's you've met or specific people who have ASD's annoy you more?

People don't often annoy me, it's situations, objects in wrong places and suck that are more likely to annoy me generally, but when I think of people who have annoyed me they've always been a specific sort of patronising super smiley NT.

It's a bit hard to say. I've met far more NTs throughout my life than AS people so it's not a fair comparison. Generally, the people I've met with/who I thought were AS were more rude/inconsiderate- but that may be simply because I armchair-diagnosed them because of those very traits.

NT people seem more willing to put up with crap from others (or at least to their face and vent later on). I used to think it showed a lack of backbone but these days I'm trying to be more thick-skinned myself.

If someone is rude (starts talking over me or ignoring me) I shrug it off as their bad manners. I try to dislike that part of their personality without disliking them, whereas before I would have thought they were obnoxious, taken it personally and there would have been bad blood between us forever more. It's hard to make friends that way because everyone has obnoxious and annoying bits.

Honestly? It's a mix of both.

I don't know any people with ASD's (unless they're lying too), so I'll say: Many, many NT's.

Specific people annoy me, it has nothing to do with neurological status.

Yeah, I started to answer this post but instead of just saying one or the other I started to make a list of individuals.

There are certain behaviors that annoy me, but these are definitely not specific to neurology.

Most people annoy me no matter what their neurological status is.

This. Although there seems to be a spectrum of so called normal people as well, and those who are socialized to be 'hyper-normal' (often excessively mainstream/popular types, of all ages) often notice there's something different about me right away, and become really patronizing. THESE people annoy me the most.

My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.

Don't know. Haven't been around enough aspies to know which group of people would be the most annoying. For some strange reason, I seem to bond better with people on the spectrum or are introverted. I think extroverted people find me a bit too odd to annoy.

Its generally the humans, and their human society that annoys me. I prefer cats.
