I am sorry if this does not belong here, but I noticed that under stress, I start to use a random interjection (used to be /kiju:/ now it is /"ka:lA/) in speech unless I concentrate on not doing that ("trying to speak out of a different mental state"). Does anyone else do this? How can you avoid that?
